Every operation for your business, in one place.
The VeloSeatly promise

All in One Platform.

Sales, bookings, money, people, files and customers, run from one screen, for any business that serves a customer. Custom modules delivered within 24 hours.

Video placeholderProduct tour, 60 seconds: one login, every module, one screen.

Endless tools. Separate logins. An absence of clarity in operations.

Accounting lives in one app, customer support in another, inventory in a spreadsheet, reservations in a third-party diary, the team schedule in a group chat. None of them talk to each other, so nobody in the business can answer a simple question: how are we doing, today?

VeloSeatly puts all of it on one screen with one login. Every number lands in the same place, so the answer is already there when you ask.

VeloSeatly

Accounting, support, inventory, reservations, team schedule and everything else your team touches each week, in one product.

Need something that does not exist yet? Within 24 hours, it will.

We promise to deliver custom-made modules for businesses that struggle to have clarity. Our team is ready to pick up a request at any time of the day. Depending on the complexity of the task, we deliver within hours, within 24 hours, or a little more when integrations with outside systems are involved.

Not a ticket in a backlog. A working screen your team uses the next day, built in the same language as the rest of VeloSeatly.

Hours

A new field, a report, a rule, a screen. Simple requests on existing modules.

24 hours

A complete new module: screens, logic, permissions, tests, live on your account.

24 hours +

Modules that must talk to outside systems: banks, payment terminals, accounting software.

Request a module

Say it out loud or type it. The assistant turns it into a clear brief and a first sketch of the screen. You correct it up to three times. Then it goes to our team as a priority ticket.

VeloSeatly
Velo, as in velocity.

Not to seat customers fast and serve them faster. To get them to sit down and be taken care of to the fullest, with a fast, easy-to-use software behind a team that has human time to dedicate to the customer. The software moves quickly so the people do not have to.

Image placeholderA full dining room, a waiter with a guest, no screen in sight.
Seatly, as in: take a seat.

Velocity of execution is only useful if it leads somewhere. We seat you at the table where ideas are turned into reality, and we do it fast. You describe what your business needs; it is built, live and in your team's hands within 24 hours.

We are all in hospitality.

A real estate agency, a construction firm, a clothing brand and a restaurant have the same thing at the centre of the business: a person who is willing to pay for what you do. Taking care of that person well is hospitality, whatever the industry. VeloSeatly is the system for doing it with one screen.

EET 2.0 ready on day one. Zero stress, even offline.

Pilot operation from 1 January 2027, full operation from 1 February 2027. Certificates issued from 1 November 2026 in your DIS+ tax account.

Native cloud reporting

Zero-configuration link to the tax authority. Load the certificate from your DIS+ tax account once; VeloSeatly signs and sends every sale over the EET 2.0 REST API inside the 2-second response limit. Certificates are stored encrypted and renewed with a reminder before they expire.

48-hour offline queue

If the internet drops, sales are signed, encrypted and queued on the device. When the connection returns, they sync to the Finanční správa automatically, well inside the 48-hour window the law allows. The queue survives a restart, and you can see it on the screen at any time.

Service never stops tableside

Waiters never see an error dialog. Orders, split bills, tips and card payments carry on through the Friday rush exactly as before. Reporting happens in the background, on the same device, with no extra hardware and no printed receipt unless the guest asks for one.

About us

VeloSeatly started on the floor of a restaurant in Prague, built by the people running it, to fix their own Monday mornings. It runs in production at Sansho, Petrská, today. Our sales demo is dinner there.

We are part of Dal Corso Group, a hospitality and lifestyle holding company. One founder as product owner, with AI as the engineering team. That is how a module ships in a day, and why every screen is written in the language of the people who use it, not the people who built it.

Frequently asked questions

Is VeloSeatly only for restaurants?

No. It started in restaurants, and that is where it is most complete today. The platform itself, one login, shared data, modules built to order, works for any business that serves a customer. New industries are added module by module.

How does the 24-hour module promise work?

You describe the module, by voice or text, in the request form. The assistant turns it into a brief and a sketch, you correct it up to three times, and it reaches our team as a priority ticket. Simple additions take hours. A complete new module takes 24 hours. Modules that connect to outside systems can take longer, and we tell you before we start.

What does it cost?

A flat monthly price per business, with unlimited users and devices. No licence tied to your turnover, no setup fee, no contract. Card payments settle directly to your own account. Ask us for the current price list.

Is it ready for EET 2.0 in the Czech Republic?

Yes. VeloSeatly POS reports every sale under Act No. 180/2026 Coll. from the pilot start on 1 January 2027, with a 48-hour offline queue when the connection drops. Load your certificate from DIS+ once and it runs in the background. Read how it works.

Where is my data stored?

On servers in the European Union. Each business has its own storage, its own users and its own permissions. You can export your data at any time.

Can I see it working before I decide?

Yes. Walk into Sansho in Prague during service, or write to us and we come to your venue with the terminal in hand.

Careers
